ONLINE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For all service bookings, it is imperative that each client understands our policies prior to booking an appointment.

Please take a moment to read the following information.

NEW CLIENTS

Each client is expected to fill out our intake and consent forms prior to receiving any treatments. All signed forms will be securely retained by Lovely Touch LLC and will be referenced for all future appointments you book with us.

For time saving purposes, you may print and fill out our client intake and consent forms prior to your scheduled appointment date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should an appointment need to be rescheduled or cancelled, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to give 24-hour notice will be a 50% charge of the scheduled service price. No-shows for consultation-only appointments will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • PayPal

  • Venmo

Debit/Credit Card transactions will be subject to an additional 3.5% fee.
